A distributor built around one job
Getting the right hardware, in the condition it was sold as, to people who resell for a living — with the paperwork their channel will ask for.
Nixovan LLC is a wholesale distributor registered in the State of Georgia, operating from Cumming, north of Atlanta. We supply networking, communications and IT hardware to resellers, marketplace sellers, VARs and B2B buyers across the United States and Canada.
We do not carry every category, and that is a decision rather than a limitation. We source a focused set of product lines, verify condition and documentation on every lot, and quote honestly on lead times — so the buyers we work with can plan around us instead of working around us.
Most of the distributors a small reseller can actually get an account with fall into two groups. Either they are enormous, in which case you are a rounding error and nobody answers the phone, or they are a drop-ship operation reselling somebody else’s catalogue with no idea where the stock came from. Neither is much use when Amazon asks you for an invoice showing chain of custody.
Nixovan sits in between deliberately: small enough that a named person answers your email, structured enough that the documentation exists when you need it.

Three routes, disclosed on every quote
Where a lot came from changes its price, its warranty and what documentation exists for it. You should know which one you are buying before you commit, so we put it on the quote.
Manufacturer direct
Bought from the manufacturer or an authorised regional office. Full manufacturer warranty, full documentation, highest cost. This is where new stock on the fastest-moving lines comes from.
Authorised distribution
Bought from a tier-one authorised distributor, usually to fill a gap or hit a lead time. Manufacturer warranty intact, invoice trail complete, margin thinner.
Documented liquidation
Excess, cancelled-order, open-box and end-of-line stock bought against a traceable invoice. This is where the margin is, and it is where grading discipline matters most.
