What we collect
We collect only what you send us. That means the information you type into the contact, quote or newsletter forms — typically your name, work email, company name, phone number, sales channel, ship-to postal code and the content of your message.
If you become an account holder we also hold the commercial records needed to trade with you: purchase orders, invoices, tax and resale certificates, shipping addresses and payment records.
What we do not collect
We do not use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking pixels or third-party analytics profiling on this website. We do not build behavioural profiles of visitors, and we do not sell, rent or trade contact data to anyone.
What is stored in your browser
This site stores three things in your browser’s local storage. None of it is transmitted to us, and none of it is readable by any other website.
- Quote list — the products and quantities you have added, so the list survives a page reload.
- Saved items — products you have marked with the heart icon.
- Theme preference — whether you chose light or dark.
You can clear all of it at any time by clearing site data in your browser. Nothing on this site sets a cookie for advertising or analytics purposes.

Who we share it with
Only where necessary to do the job: carriers and freight forwarders for delivery, customs brokers on cross-border shipments, our accountants and, where legally required, government authorities. Service providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.
Line card update emails are sent only to addresses that opted in. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Transactional email about a live order is not marketing and continues regardless of marketing preferences.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to account and trading records is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected parties promptly if a breach affecting personal data occurs.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, or withdraw consent to marketing. Email sourcing@nixovan.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you are located you may have additional statutory rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honour verified requests under those regimes regardless of whether we are strictly in scope.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for account holders, notify by email.
