Stock items ship from our Cumming, Georgia facility. Orders confirmed before 2:00pm ET on a business day are picked the same day; anything after that moves to the next business morning.
Small parcel goes UPS or FedEx Ground. Anything over 150 lb or more than four cartons moves LTL on a pallet, and freight is quoted before you commit — we do not add it to the invoice afterwards.
Returns on new, unopened stock are accepted within 30 days against an RMA number. Refurbished stock carries a 90-day Nixovan replacement warranty. Full detail is on the shipping and returns pages.
Moved to net 30 after four orders with no drama and no subscription attached to it.
Second reorder on this line. Condition grading has matched the quote both times, which is more than I can say for the last two suppliers I used.
Paperwork arrived with the shipment without me having to chase it. That is the whole reason I moved my sourcing here.
Lead time was quoted at three days and it landed in three days. Freight cost was quoted up front rather than added at invoice.
